Location
Situated on the western side of the Oombabeer Rd 10 km north of the Dawson Highway, 60km from Moura and 35 km from Bauhinia Downs.
Area and Tenure
A planned subdivision of approximately 2,300 acres (930 ha) off Lot 13 on RP 620842 Parish Oombabeer (“Deepwater”) which will comprise all of the country on the southern side of the fence line that runs along the northern side of Zamia Creek (that traverses the property) to the southern existing boundary, and fronting the western side of the Oombabeer Rd.
Country
Coolibah alluvial creek flats along the creek rising to black and red scrub soils. Predominantly Brigalow soils away from the creek with approximately 20% of the country being red loams on the higher parts. The whole property is fully improved and sown to buffel pastures with the exception of 642 acres of cultivation currently in production.
Cultivation
